Webinar: Making Stress Meaningful
with Eric Lanigan

June 5th, 19:00 - 20:30 | Zoom | Free

We live in a time of complex challenges related to the climate and other societal crises. This can be distressing. It’s easy to fall into helplessness or hopelessness.

Want to learn how to make these emotions actionable? It works on non-climate related emotions as well. And surprisingly, it’s not that hard - it’s just not taught in conventional education.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn (1) how to interpret your emotions to find clear direction AND (2) how to use the energy in your emotions to fuel action.

When: Wednesday 5th of June, 19.00 to 20:30 CET

About the facilitator: Eric Lanigan (ericlanigan.com) is an executive coach with 12 years experience. His course The Big Shift has helped 1200 students from 64 countries, and he’s especially excited to share a simple process for learning how to turn your emotions into meaningful action so all of us can work together to create the reality we WANT to live in, individually and collectively.

This event is organized by Collective Futures students working together with UK-based Climate Courage Campaign on building a coalition of climate scientists, mental health professionals, students and teachers that advocates for quality climate education. This includes providing access to resources and methods that help turn climate distress into courage in classrooms and beyond.
